In order to create and maintain a successful fundraising campaign, nonprofits need to first be able to envision and understand the bigger picture behind donor tendencies and preferences. Join CNE and Victoria Dietz of The Curtis Group to learn more about high-level trends in philanthropy. This presentation will cover the broad spectrum of the latest information on giving throughout the U.S. from the latest national report on philanthropy, Giving USA 2016, including:

• Economic indicators of giving
• Giving by funding source
• Giving trends across nonprofit program areas
• Recommendations on how to strategically apply the data to fundraising goals for the coming year

A Q&A session with the opportunity for open dialogue will follow for participants to learn more and share their experiences. Attendees will walk away from this session with a solidified understanding of donor tendencies, and refined approaches to 2016 fundraising goals.
