Inspired board members make a difference. Anyone willing to commit to a term of board service is there because they want to have an impact; they want to help the organization they serve better their community. But we don’t always know how to make that happen.

Please join Allan Burrows, President of Capital Development Services, to learn how. In this session participants will learn how to better:

• Recruit the right people,
• Orient new members,
• Equip board members with the tools they need, and
• Inspire the board for success.

Board members, executive directors, and others interested in understanding the workings of a healthy, inspired board should benefit from attending this training.
