Building Resilience for Yourself and Your Team
Do you lead teams through stressful situations or times of change? Would you like to see your team members bounce back quickly from setbacks? Resilience could be the key. Building resilience allows individuals and teams to adapt in the face of challenges–whatever they may be. Resilient teams respond to stress, face challenges, and recover from setbacks in a way that promotes future growth and success.
Join leadership coach Cathy Smalley Pales, D.Ed. to learn the key characteristics of resilience. In this hands-on workshop, Cathy will lead the group through a series of exercises to develop practices that will help you and your teammates to thrive. Through your participation you’ll learn to better model resilient behaviors and foster a culture that encourages resilience in others.
