The Virginia Health Care Foundation is awarding grants to programs that increase access to primary care for uninsured Virginians.
To be eligible, applicants must be a Virginia-serving public agency or private nonprofit with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status under the Internal Revenue Code or an organization with a tax-exempt fiscal sponsor, or an organization applying for federal tax-exemption under 501(c)(3). Free clinics or community health centers applying for grants must be members in good standing with either the Virginia Association of Free Clinics or the Virginia Community Healthcare Association.
