Founded in 1873 as the first organization in North America devoted to ornithology, the Nuttall Ornithological Club seeks to advance bird-related projects to be conducted in 2017-2018. Grants of up to $5,000 will be awarded to projects related to ornithological research, conservation, and/or education. Priority will be given to projects with particular emphasis on the birds of New England and the Northeast.
