The NIHCM supports health care journalism and seeks to improve the quality and accuracy information addressing emerging health issues. Grants are provided for funding towards health reporting, educational opportunities, and public awareness campaigns. Six to eight projects should receive funding from the total $250,000 available through the NIHCM grant process.
