The Herb Block Foundation aims to defend basic political freedoms, educate citizens on the electoral process and its consequences, and support those who do the same. The Encouraging Citizen Involvement program will award up to $25,000 to nonpartisan projects related to political education and voter participation. Letters of inquiry are due June 7, and full proposals are due August 8, 2017.
