Fashion retailer Eileen Fisher aims to encourage and support women and girls as strong community leaders. Through its Activating Leadership program, the company will award grants of up to $5,000 to nonprofit organizations which champion the activation of leadership qualities in women and girls through self-discovery and inner strength.
