Grants to strengthen how services and activities are delivered and accessed in our community. The CACF looks to correct problems with systemic limitations of insufficient capacity, lack of coordination, inefficiencies and access barriers that keep community members from benefitting from programs and activities that are available. Through this grant track, the CACF aims to work with partners to clarify their systems strengthening goals and outline the course of action needed to achieve them in a 2-3 year period. They anticipate awarding a range of $75,000-$100,000 annually over the 2-3 year period. To apply, submit a concept paper to them. Guidelines are available on the website.
