Mission Statement
Our yoga and meditation nonprofit shares movement and mindfulness with underserved communities around Charlottesville, VA. We produce a daily cable TV yoga program, free Yoga in the Park, and offer free group yoga to public housing groups. Our 3rd year of community yoga aims to foster physical resilience and an unruffled mental outlook in challenging times.
Overview
Our community effort is health and safety in response to increased stress and further disparity between citizens. Our practice deals with daily circumstances without criticism. We offer a safe space where differences do not prevent us from practicing together.
