Mike brings over 30 years experience in facilitation, strategic planning, leadership and team-building to both governmental and not for profit organizations. He has conducted hundreds of facilitation and planning events during his career. Read more… Mike has taught the Leadership portion of the now 20 year old Virginia Natural Resources Leadership Institute, a collaborative effort with the University of Virginia, Virginia Tech and state government. Mike is an adjunct faculty with the Wilder School of Government at Virginia Commonwealth University, Performance Management Group. Mike is a certified mediator with the Virginia Supreme Court and has assisted CNE since 2016.
