The Herb Block Foundation is awarding grants of up to $25,000 to eligible 501(c) nonprofit organizations to support programs that advance citizen education and lead to greater voter participation in the electoral process. Programs must be nonpartisan and cannot involve lobbying for specific candidates or legislation.
