Happy Thanksgiving! We at CNE want to add our voice of gratitude and appreciation. We are thankful for our nonprofit members who are deeply passionate about their work and strive tirelessly to serve communities across Central Virginia. We’re thankful for our board members who help guide CNE and for our staff who sincerely care about strengthening the good work of nonprofits. And we are thankful for the support of the philanthropists and volunteers who give of their time, talent, and treasure. We are truly grateful.
The holiday season, in particular, prompts us to express our thanks. But being thankful year-round can better us not just as individuals, but also as organizations. For that reason, we shouldn’t limit our gratitude to one time of year. With some care and attention, we can cultivate an atmosphere of thankfulness.
