Reverse the Brain Drain

 

“Brain drain” is a term commonly used to describe this movement of highly skilled individuals from poor countries to rich countries. “Reverse bran drain” involves the movement of educated, skilled migrants back to their homelands often with the desire to make a difference in their home country. This article argues that the social sector must better support entrepreneurs and professionals who have migrated from the developing world, and who want to positively influence social change in their countries of origin.
